Imp SFB7
"Investigational device for complete body composition analysis"
The Imp SFB7 is a single channel, tetra-polar bioimpedance spectroscopy
device that scans 256 frequencies between 4 kHz to 1024 kHz. The device
utilises a Cole-Cole plot with Hanai mixture theory to determine total
body water (TBW), extracellular water (ECW) and intracellular (ICW)
directly from the device analysis. Fat free mass (FFM) and fat mass
(FM) are then calculated using hydration constants which can be
modified for different subject types in the optional BioImp supporting
software. Therefore, no population specific algorithms are needed for
the system.
Imp XCA Professional
"Imp XCA - assessment of the
development of Unilateral lymphedema of the Arm."
The Imp XCA is a valuable new tool for assisting in the clinical
assessment of unilateral lymphedema of the arm. The Imp XCA is an
accurate single frequency bioimpedance analyser that measures impedance
and resistance. These measurements are derived using a single frequency
below 30kHz, and therefore measuring the impedance in the Extracellular
Fluid (ECF). The device uses the readings to calculate an Index and the
ECF volume difference between the affected and unaffected limbs.
Imp DF50
"Single frequency bioimpedance
comes of age."
The new standard in single frequency body composition analysis is the
Imp DF50. Until now single frequency bioimpedance has been limited by
the “one algorithm fits all” approach. Single
frequency bioimpedance has now come of age with the Imp
DF50’s three population specific peer reviewed algorithms
providing greater accuracy over broader population groups.
